NNRF, Inc. Announces ZAO ATOLL EMBP Has Declared 25 Million Ruble Dividend

NNRF Inc (the Company) is pleased to announce that at a recent Board of Directors meeting of ZAO ATOLL EMBP (ATOLL), the Directors declared a dividend payable to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2007 of twenty-five million Rubles -- approximately one million U.S. Dollars. As previously reported, ATOLL has been self financing its increasing growth and this has put limitations on ATOLL's ability to issue dividends without jeopardizing future cash requirements.

NNRF, Inc. Announces Contract Termination

NNRF Inc (the Company) advises that it has terminated the consulting contract between the Company and Mr. Richard A. Wall effective immediately. Mr. Wall no longer represents the Company in any matters. The only individuals authorized to speak on behalf of the Company are the current Board of Directors (Mr. L. McQuade and Mr. J. H. Smith) and Officers (Mr. P. Goerke and Mr. T. Sinclair).
